“I love the personal touch and relationship that develops when I can work with a single agent, who knows me and my needs, to develop the insurance coverage that I need. Too many businesses, including insurance businesses are losing the personal touch as they move to robotic answering systems and call centers, where I may never speak with the same person twice. We left our previous insurance company for that exact reason – they no longer knew who we were and robots do not answer questions well! I really like that I can call my agent directly and get the answer that I need.”
